Last night, i received a text message

“two mountaineers missing in anawangin pg uwi namin kanina. Same sa amc sa ilog din, 4 girls ung umuwi ntrek sila…..hindi pa confirm kung anong grupo pero d amc, nagboat lng kme”

For those who are insistent of night trek in anawangin, please be double careful.

‘'’yup its true na may nawala or should i say namatay. Galing kmi dun ng nagyari ang incident. Papunta kmi ng may nabalitaan kmi na may 2 missing persons. kasi ang choice para makarating sa anawangin island its either mag boat ka or treking. Ang sabi ng bangkero nag trek daw ng gabi yung nawala w/c is delikado daw. I asked may frend n 5 tyms ng nakapunta ng place sabi nya mga professional climber ang may kayang mag trek sa gabi. Sa hianala ng iba talagang patay na ung nawawala.. In our experience super nakakatakot ung way nmin to island, nagboat nlng kmi w/c that tym ang lakas ng alon to the point na kayang itaob aang sisakyan nming boat,, Ill pray to God to help us nag take p rin kmi g risk. God is Good safe kaming dumating. The place is super ganda ang breathe taking. but the danger is below. tama ing nag post nun commet na un. After 1 nyt ng pag satay nmin back to home base n kmi so far smooth nman ung pagbalik nmin.. Pag dating nmin sa home base nkita nmin ang mga police and mga press, may nkapag report n pla sa nagyari bout sa 2 missing persons. According sa bangkero na nakausap nmin may nakita daw na 1 bangkay pero di daw un ang nawawala, so it means marami na talagang namamatay sa place.. Paalala lng sa mga pupunta be careful and mag research muna sa place to have some tips.”BEAUTY ABOVE BUT DANGER BELOW”

Sa dami na ng incidents dyan sa Anawangin, bakit hanggang ngayon eh kulang pa rin ang security…pede naman maglagay ng bantay dun sa start ng trek para pagbawalan yun mga aakyat ng bundok sa gabi…pede naman din pagbawalan na hindi mag boat ride kung malakas ang alon…PERA PERA PERA PA RIN BA INIISIP NUN MGA NAMAMAHALA DYAN SA ANAWANGIN??!!!!

hi.
nabalitaan ko din ung 2 na nawawala sa anawangin. b4 kmi ng pnta sa anawangin ng register muna kmi ng name nmen sa municipal hall kc sbi ni manong trisicle and den dun na nmen nlaman ung 2 gurls na nwawalla kc ng’ trecking ung group nla going to anawangin. we took the boat going to anawangin and thanks God ndi nmn mlakas ung alon, wla nga alon eh. b4 we we went to anawangin ng capones island muna kmi den un. ganda ng place. and kmi lng ng 2 ng best friend ko ung ngpnta sa anawangin. hehe.

my boatmen never allow us to ride the boat without proper vest. Even I who is used and always with him, he make sure everyone is full geared before we head to anawangin.

sa mga nag post ng tour assistance sa anawangin..please make sure that those who will be on a boat ride should “HAVE PROPER LIFE VEST”….most boat operators does not provide life vest. Malakas ang waves dapat meron nito for safety.

hello!

question lang po about sa anawangin.
nakaplan kasi na pumunta kami sept19-20.

may balita po kasi na hindi pa nakikita ung 2 nawawalang mountaineer.
at ang sabi hindi raw muna pinapapunta mga visitors jan hanggat hindi pa natatagpuan ung 2.

pa-advise naman po.
taga laguna pa kasi kami.
